How to Create a New Event

 
 
 
  1. Access the “Your Events” Section: Navigate to the “Your Events” section in Setflow and click on “Create event” to begin creating your Event.
  1. Enter Event Details: Fill in the necessary details such as:
      • Title: Provide a title for the shoot, which can be a code, a recognizable word for the team, or any other identifier.
      • Category: Specify the type of shoot (e.g., Real Estate, Event).
      • Address: Provide the exact location of the shoot.
      • Type of Service: Indicate the service required (e.g., photography, video).
      • Style Guide: Select a style guide for the shoot, which outlines the type of shoot you want the creative to execute. If you don't have a style guide available, you can upload your own or create one by clicking on "create style guide." Setflow will guide you through the process step by step. NB: only admin users have the ability to create new guidelines. If you have specific requirements, please contact your admin.
      • Date and Time: Schedule when the shoot will take place.

  1. Create the Event:
    1. Once all information is entered accurately, click the “Create Event” button. This action will bring you to the event's page where you can insert additional optional or mandatory information to complete the event, such as:

      • Event Details: Provide any additional specifics about the event.
      • Billing Address: Enter the billing information for invoicing purposes.
      • Shots and Duration: Specify the number of shots and the estimated duration of the shoot.
      • Post-Production Type: Indicate the type of post-production work required, by Setflow, the Creative(Talent) or your team and save your selection.

  1. Choose a Creative:
      • At this point, a side page will appear. Fill in the Reference Contact Info box with the name and number of the onsite referent who will welcome the Creative and show them around
      • Click on the “Add Creative” button to select a Creative (photographer, video maker, etc.) if you already know who you want to assign the event to, click on 'Add Creative' and enter the Creative's name.
      • In case you don’t know already a creative to assign to the Event, click on “Create Event” and follow the steps shown on the following article to choose a Creative from Setflow’s Marketplace.
