After creating an Event, the next step is to assign a Creative (such as a photographer or video maker) to the event. From 'Your Events' section, click on the arrow on the right of the selected event you can access the event’s page.
Otherwise, If you’re already on your created event’s page (Workspace) you can see and click on “Select creatives” button in “Your team” box.
By following the next steps, you can easily assign a creative to your event, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Select Creatives:
Click on the “Select creatives” button on your event’s page.
- Choose a Creative:
Based on the shooting location, scout the marketplace or select from your previously made lists to filter the creatives.
- Assign multiple Creatives:
- To send the assignment to multiple creatives, start by selecting the back-up creatives. Click on 'Select Creative' in the creative's card, select the related event, and add them as a back-up by clicking the 'Add as Back-up Creative' button.
- After defining the back-up creatives, select a creative to send the first invitation by clicking on 'Book Creative Now'. If they do not accept, the event will be sent to the previously selected back-up creatives.
- Budget and checkout:
- After clicking on 'Book Creative Now', set the photographer's budget, save, and proceed with checkout. Include expenses reimbursement, as it will no longer be possible to edit the budget item after the creative has accepted.
- Note: If you do not send an assignment using the 'Book Creative Now' button and do not proceed with the checkout, the professionals will not receive any assignment request for the event.
- Event costs overview:
- During checkout, you will have an overview of the event costs, divided into post-production costs (if you have selected Setflow quality) and the creative's cost with the applicable service fee (15%, 10%, or other based on your plan).
- During the checkout you will also view and accept Setflow’s cancelation policy.
- Confirm the checkout to proceed with booking the creative.
