Choosing between RAW files or JPEG files:
RAW files:
You must upload RAW files in most cases, as Setflow team of editors handles post-production and delivers the final files to the client. While JPEG files are lighter, they are already compressed and processed, limiting flexibility and image quality during HDR post-production. Unless you have been specifically assigned to both shoot and edit the images, you should upload RAW files. Please carefully read the following article on how to correctly upload RAW files on the event’s page.
JPEG files:
You should upload edited JPEG files only if you have been assigned both shooting and post-production for an event. In such cases, after completing the shoot, you must process your images and upload the final edited shots directly to the platform.
By following these instructions, you can ensure that your images are processed to their full potential, providing the final client with a high-quality product.
