Q: How does pricing work? What percentage does Setflow receive, and does the rate vary from project to project?

A: Setflow’s commission structure varies slightly depending on the project scope and duration. Generally, we take a standard percentage from the client payment, which does not affect the creative's fee. The rate can vary based on the project's scope of work and hours.

 
Q: I want to change my hourly rate on my profile to €50/h, but when I try this, an error appears. What should I do?

A: We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. Please send us an email detailing the issue, and we will notify our IT team to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 
Q: Who handles the post-production of the shots, the creative or Setflow? This naturally affects my hourly rate or the total hours I dedicate to an assignment.

A: Post-production can be handled either by Setflow or by the creative, depending on the client's preference. For your hourly rate, please set it without including post-production costs, as this will be an extra fee which the client will pay to you if they choose to assign it to the creative.

 
Q: How does Setflow handle special cases such as travel expenses, same-day cancellations or postponements?

A: Travel expenses will be covered by the clients, and there will always be a cancellation policy in place both for clients and creatives.

 
Q: Do we always invoice to Setflow at the end of the month?

A: Yes, invoicing is always done through the Setflow’s platform.
