Q: I received an assignment that I accepted. Later, I received the same assignment with a different ID. Which one should I follow?
A: It's likely that the first assignment was canceled, which is why you received a second, identical assignment with a different ID. The client may have needed to make changes that required canceling the initial assignment. Therefore, you should follow the second assignment with the new ID.
Q: I see a duplication for one assignment in my dashboard, one with the agreed payment and the other with no fee. How can I delete the wrong one?
A: Both assignments are visible on your dashboard but one has been canceled. The duplicate with no fee indicates the canceled assignment and cannot be deleted manually. Rest assured, only the active assignment with the agreed payment is valid.
Q: I would like to cancel a "busy date" on my calendar but haven't been able to find a way to do so. Could you help me?
A: You can manually set your busy dates as shown above, but currently, it is not possible to remove or modify dates previously marked as busy. We are working diligently to update these features to ensure you have the best user experience within this section as soon as possible.
Q: I haven't received any assignments in a long time and I was wondering if there's anything I could do better.
A: Please ensure that your portfolio is updated on the platform, as an up-to-date and high-quality portfolio can significantly increase your chances of being selected for assignments. Additionally, please acknowledge that while there may not be many opportunities in your area at the moment, you might receive offers in the future.
Q: Since much of the assignments depends on visibility on your platform, I wonder if the clients can see all activated creatives suitable for their assignment.
A: Clients see all creatives, and Setflow will create specific lists for clients showing creatives they have previously worked with, giving them priority access. Additionally, Setflow will have a "Top Creative" badge for the best creatives based on quality and number of assignments, which will be assigned to you if applicable.
