Creatives can update their availability by automatically synchronizing Google Calendar with their appointments, so it is even easier to understand availability!
🗓️ Log in to your Setflow account and go to the My Portfolio section, from here at the top right you will find the section “Set your availabilities”. You can manage your availabilities manually by indicating the days you are busy or free, or you can directly link your google account to synchronize availabilities based on events on your calendar.
✅ Once you open the section to manage your availabilities you can easily synchronize the calendar by clicking on "Sync with my Google Calendars", select the google account you want to link the calendar to, and you're done!
📌 Important note:
The calendar section on Setflow's platform, along with all its features, is brand new and currently undergoing updates. At this time, you can sync the platform's calendar with all your external calendars as demonstrated above. However, the feature to manually set your availabilities is still being developed and is not yet available.
You can manually set your busy dates as shown above, but currently, it is not possible to remove or modify dates previously marked as busy. We are working diligently to update these features to ensure you have the best user experience within this section as soon as possible.
