How It Works
Smart Search operates using three key factors:
- Proximity: It identifies the top 5 photographers located closest to your project.
- Ratings & Badges: Photographers are ranked by their overall ratings and badges, ensuring that you work with top-quality professionals.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Accessing Smart Search
- Create your event and move on to the creatives tab
- If youâve already created an event, click on Select Creative to open the assignment screen.
- Using Smart Search
- Once youâre in the search screen, click on the Smart Search button
- The AI will analyze your projectâs location and photographer preferences, displaying the top 5 nearest and highest-rated photographers.
- Review the list and select the photographer that best fits your project needs.
- Booking a Photographer
- After selecting your main photographer, repeat the process for the Backup Creative section. These photographers will be automatically contacted in the order you select if the main choice declines the shoot.
- Once youâve made your selections, proceed to checkout and wait. Youâll receive a confirmation email as soon as the photographer accepts the booking!
