Compensation Process
- Setting compensation: The Company Admin or Staff member establishes the compensation based on the specific needs of the event, ensuring it aligns with the job’s demands and industry standards.
- Creative's choice: Once the compensation is set, it is presented to the Creative. The Creative then has the option to accept or decline the assignment based on the offered terms. This ensures mutual agreement between the Company and the Creative before the event proceeds.
Ensuring fairness and quality
- For the Company: This system allows the Company to secure the best available Creative for the project, ensuring that the event is executed to a high standard.
- For the Creative: The Creative can feel confident that they are being fairly compensated for their skills, time, and effort.
Important Note
After clicking on 'Book Creative Now,' setting the Creative's budget, saving, and proceeding with checkout, it will no longer be possible to edit the budget once the Creative has accepted the assignment. Therefore, it’s crucial to finalize all compensation details before completing the booking.
