In our Setflow On-demand platform, we have various member types, each with distinct roles and access levels. Understanding these roles will help you navigate and utilize the platform more effectively.
Company Admin
The Company Admin role is designed for managerial positions such as Production Managers and other Admin roles. Members with this role have the highest level of access and control over the company's account. Here are the key responsibilities and permissions:
- Full permissions: Organize the company account, manage the subscription plan, add new members, manage accounting invoices, and view transaction history.
- Production process management: Structure the production process by creating Style Guides and selecting post-production settings.
- Event management: Oversee and manage all events created by sub-accounts.
Staff member
Staff Members have a more limited role compared to Company Admins. Their main tasks involve booking creatives and following the appointment workflow. Key aspects of this role include:
- No Company management access: Cannot access company settings, manage subscriptions, or view transaction history.
- Operational tasks: Can book new shootings and select creatives from the marketplace.
- Style Guide usage: Can use existing Style Guides set by Company Admins but cannot create or upload new guidelines.
- Payment information: Cannot set payment information, as all profiles under this client will utilize the payment information set by the admin.
Booker member
Booker Members have the most restricted access. Their role is primarily focused on booking new shootings. Specifics of this role include:
- Limited permissions: No access to accounting/wallet, company management, style guide creation, or the creative marketplace.
- Event management: Can book new shootings, manage the event organization, and select creatives. Their bookings will be visible to the Company Admin.
By understanding these roles, members can effectively utilize the Setflow On-demand platform according to their specific responsibilities and access levels. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact our support team.
