To ensure a smooth experience, it’s a good idea to monitor the booking status. If the Creative hasn’t responded within a few hours or by half a day at most, or if they decline the offer, you can easily assign the job to another photographer.
Here’s how you can reassign a photographer:
1. Go to the event page. 2. Click “Edit” in the top-right corner. 3. Select “Select Creatives” to access the photographer selection page. 4. Click the trash icon next to the current photographer’s name and save. 5. Once you saved the page, you’ll be able to select a new photographer.
After selecting the new photographer, please remember to complete the checkout process. The photographer will only receive the request once the checkout is finalized.
