 ✨ New Production Type Feature

With the new Production Type feature on Setflow On Demand, you can streamline the process of organizing recurring photo shoots by pre-defining key production details. Here’s how to create and manage a Production Type on your profile to make your workflow more efficient.

Creating a Production Type

1. Navigate to the Production Type Section

Once logged into your Setflow On Demand account, head to the Production Type section from your dashboard.

2. Click “Create Production Type”

In the Production Type section, click the ‘Create New Production Type’ button. This will open a form for you to customize your production.

3. Define Production Details

Here, input the following standard details:

  • Production Name: Assign a clear name that helps you and your team and creatives recognize the type of project
  • Category and Services: Define category of your project, the main service and any additional add-on

4. Set Budget and Delivery details

  • Number of Shots: Pre-set the number of shots you need for this type of production.
  • Budget: Set your preferred budget range.
  • Post-Production details: Choose your preferred post-production option. You can set Setflow’s post-production as the default for your project, selecting between Standard or Premium. If you want your images to include a logo, simply upload your logo as a PNG file. Alternatively, you can select the Creative’s post-production (pricing to be agreed with the creative), or opt for “Your Team” if you don’t require post-production services.

5. Select a Style Guide

In the final step, you’ll be prompted to link a Style Guide to your Production Type. You can create a step-by-step guide, upload a PDF, or choose one from the Setflow library.

Managing a Production Type

Once you’ve created Production Types, managing them is easy. Here’s how:

1. Edit a Production Type

To update a Production Type, simply go back to the Production Type section, select the template, make your changes, and click ‘Save’.

2. Delete a Production Type

If a Production Type is no longer needed, you can delete it by selecting the relevant production from the list and clicking ‘Delete’.

3. Apply a Production Type for New Bookings

When booking a new shoot, choose an existing Production Type from the dropdown. All predefined details will automatically populate, saving you time and effort.
